The Ministry of Education and the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation in the UAE have signed a memorandum of understanding regarding cooperation in adopting professional and national standards and qualifications related to private professions in the nuclear and radiological fields in the country.

The memorandum was signed by His Excellency Prof. Mohamed Yousif Baniyas, Higher Education Advisor and Director of the National Qualification Centre and the Commission for Academic Accreditation at the Ministry of Education, and on behalf of the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation, His Excellency Christer Viktorsson, Director General.
